1. Introduction & Acceptance

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operational period. jz177 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless jz177 expressly approves an alternative arrangement in writing.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

4.5 Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions
